We are so honored to have partnered with Black Girls Smile, a nonprofit that focuses on mental health for women of color. For every woman who signs up for the retreat, a woman from BGS will be invited to attend.

Black Girls Smile Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to encouraging positive mental health education, resources and support geared toward young African American females. BGS works to achieve our mission through educational programming aimed at increasing general understanding of mental health, illness and wellness in addition to connecting young African American women with racially and culturally sensitive mental health providers when necessary. We invite you to check out our website at blackgirlssmile.org. Remember we all have mental health, giving ourselves the time, space, and resources necessary to lead a mentally healthy life is key;
We should all SMILE!

  • "I was so excited to be a part of such an amazing couple hours of self-love in my first virtual retreat! Rachelle had great line up of spiritual leaders and the content really hit home! I loved it all, but the mediation was my favorite! Getting together, sharing and receiving a message that I just needed to keep making myself a priority and keep at my practice, was just what I needed to hear! I look back at my notes weekly as a reminder and self-reflection. I look forward to more retreats in the future and the growth and connection I have gained with Rachelle!"
