From the moment you arrive, the greeting of soothing music and whisper-tone voices whisks you into a space of nurturing and nourishment as you notice your body start to decompress.

Once checked in, you’ll settle onto your mat, head softly cradled in a pillow and body wrapped in a cozy blanket. We’ll begin with a short guided breath work session that prepares you to fully surrender to the vibrations of sound.
