The evening will begin with a delicious taste of belly warming spring inspired tea + community connection before we surrender to the gentle guidance of Soojin in a restorative yin yoga class. While we release our stress in the soft flickers of candlelight, we'll enjoy the soothing melodies of live strings by cellist Jasmine James. To further deepen into our relaxation, the evening will then transition from live strings to a healing sound bath.
