Candlelight Yin Yoga, Sound Bath + Live Cello Event

From the moment you arrive, the greeting of soft music and whisper-tone voices whisks you away as you notice your body start to decompress.

Once settled onto your mat, we’ll begin with a short guided breath work session that prepares you to fully surrender to the gentle guidance of Soojin in a beginner friendly restorative somatic yin yoga class.

While we release the chaos of life in the soft flickers of candlelight, the soothing melodies from locally renowned sound healer Lisa Fischer AND cellist, Jasmine James, will lead us through a deeply moving journey, a concert of healing sound waves.

This luscious blend of the cello, sound bowls and slow intentional movement overrides your stressed out nervous system, as the vibrations of sound gently cascade from your head to your toes, taking your mind, body + soul to deeper levels of relaxation.
