Join us in the very first Soul Sunday Series Experience, Women + Blooms!

We will gather together on a lovely Sunday afternoon, in circle, with our toes in the grass, releasing what is heavy in our hearts or something we want to celebrate, being supported and held by those with us, allowing you to connect more with your inner radiant self.

Rachelle will lead you through a short meditation before the circle starts, once everyone shares, we will pull a guidance card from the new Healing Waters Deck and have a moment to journal about what the card is guiding us to. 🌷Then a little break filled with yummy snacks & refreshments, a moment to explore the secret garden and to connect with the other ladies.

Once our bellies are full, Jess from Sage & Hazel will guide us through building our own personal dried floral bundles infused with your personal values. Why is this important? Finding your values is one of the most crucial parts of understanding what’s important to you! Through her training in Chinese Medicine, Jess provides the foundation for getting to the root of your needs, and provides guidance on how to apply them to your every day. Everytime you look at your dried floral bundle, it will be a reminder, through the values exercise, how you can build something, unique, new, and with purpose.💐
